Description: I hope this makes it clearerer :-) Again sorry it's a bit "noisy", it was created as a gif in Gimp first before being converted to AVI, but I hope you get the idea anyhow! About the making! 1. Frame Capture From a Boeing Promo Video of Planes on Runway. 2. Opened (1) in Gimp and made a duplicate frame. Erased the airplane and abstracted the background leaving just the airplane's shadow on the tarmac and added crude port wing with smudge tool. 3 Made a duplicate frame of (2) and erased the background to transparency, leaving just the shadow (thus you can see the previous frame) and rescaled from 320x240 to 240x320. 4. Made a blank layer, dragged a sky blue gradient across it, airbrushed and smudged. 5. Dropped transparent layer with shadow plane (3) onto frame 4 and merged. 6,7.. Rotated and skewed slightly etc. Simple really. |
