You can match your eye colours to your outfit for a special occasion, I usualy just wear what ever colour I fancy wearing regardless of which outfit. It is fun to experiment.. I did learn this from watchin a tutorial, I tried the Rainbow look and the colors I bought from [Max Factor] weren't cheap yet they wouldn't go on well and I'm very light complected, after applying a base the color improved immediately! __________________________________________________ | |
| panacea81 ::: Favorites 2007-07-27 08:35:13 A good tip for using ANY brand eye shadow. Prime your eye lids first with either your favourite brand eye primer or vaseline works just as well. You will see the colour of your eye shadow improve in seconds. Depending on which look you are trying to acheive. Wet always makes more vibrant colours than if applied dry. __________________________________________________ | |
