I hope you will post the signs and sue the county. They don't have a legal leg to stand on. You should have no trouble finding representation. I know it's a hassle, but think of the publicity for Ron Paul if the local news station picks up the story. You have a golden opportunity here. Don't give up your liberty without a fight. Don't be afraid. This is what the revolution is all about.

So... if you get a 'citation' for violating someone's rights by having a sign up - who is the actual plaintiff? Is there really such a thing as "Pinellas County", or is it just a fiction? Would you have the right to face your accuser, or would it be presumed that you just believe that one actually exists and the prosecution attorney isn't just making it all up. Read Adventures in Legal Land to get a better understanding where I'm coming from.

You might want to contact the Institute for Justice as well.

Pinellas County has a corrupt government - its tax assessor is a crook, its director of utilities pushed water fluoridation knowing a former county commissioner would profit from the deal for the chemicals, and its current commissioners are inept. Suggest the Revolution put up a slate of candidates there and clean up the mess.
