Description: This was filmed at the Seattle Kingdome, July 17, 1977; it's from Led Zeppelin's last US tour. This is rare footage of Bonzo. Notice how his solo starts with "Out On The Tiles". This is only 5 min of the orig. recorded 20 min solo. My friend saw them in '77 and he's had this ever since. Bonzo lives!!

JohnBindon ::: Favorites Of course anyone wondering - there was no opening bands or acts for this Seattle nor any on the whole 1977 US Tour. In 1973 Led Zeppelin announced no more opening acts to avoid the long shows interfering with curfews for the venue...they didn't want to share the proceeds of shows and didn't need an opening act to draw in an additional 5,000 to 10,000 people to fill the venues. 07-10-13 23:54:39 __________________________________________________

This 1977 US Tour was cut short 9 days after this Seattle Kingdome show by the death of Robert Plant's son Karac.
