Greenland was never all green, you mental midget. The ice sheet on Greenland is over 3 km thick and 110,000 years old.
The EDGES of Greenland (in the South, where Erik the Red landed) are and were green. When they found it, they naturally came to its SOUTHERN EDGE. What- did you think they fell out of the polar sky and landed on the glacier?

Good point Barukadall. It is no secret that the Earth has been warming up and cooling down for its entire existence, however, we have been causing it to heat up at an drastically fast rate. It's too unnatural for the earth to handle and will cause many, many problems.

Agree entirely, students are being taught by unionised teachers with their jobs on the line if they do not follow 'accepted doctrine' which is politically motivated. Gallileo was imprisoned in house arrest for going against 'political' doctrine. It happens today.

Has the Associated Press succeded in controling the thought process of the entire earth's humanity? The Internet is the sharing source of knowledge. Self Motivation is the unknown factor in this equation. Correct me if I am wrong. The ice has been melting for at least 10 to 15000 years or so. Most of North America was covered by ice at one time. One example is Central Park in New York has rock evidence of the glaciers that covered that area. But to these enviro folks it is a new thing with ice melting. These people don't have a life, they just sit around and think up shit to make everybody else's life just as miserable as theirs.
